Identify Game where you had to help a woman get a job

I remember the woman you were in charge of had white hair, and she had a hunger meter in the corner. If you fed her above or below certain amounts she would gain or lose weight. It didn't have any translation besides MTL I believe. She could work as a model, gravure model, prostitute and I think a few other things. There was competitions that were held every few weeks or so and you had to try and get her body ready for the event by having certain sizes of stomach, breasts, hips/ass. If you won the competition you got an ending. I don't think I ever saw a translated title for it but I know it is, or at least was, on this site somewhere.
