The game was about a heroine dying in the fight against the demon lord or w/e and the goddesses reincarnate her but you as the MC have to raise her by collecting orbs that allow you to change some aspects of her like small boobs / big boobs.
The game was kinda sus but it also had a very thicc priestess character who helps you in your quest and who you can have NTR sex with (she is married).
I pretty much only want it for the side characters.
The game had a lot of updates on ci-en and then just kinda vanished afaik.
