The game was a liner visual novel
The plot of the game is you used to have a girlfriend who was a reporter who reported on dealings with the upper class. She was killled in a car accident and the game starts some time after that. You already have a new girlfriend (I think its a goth type character but can't remember) and you learn that someone deliberatly killed your wife, causing you to start searching for the killer. In this pursut, you meet a popstar, get a job as a bodyguard and its you are shown to be the son of some big CEO.
