Identify Game where you need to clean yourself after sex

I think the game was made with RPGM. In the game you need to clean the cum out of your body after sex scenes, or NPCs will refuse to talk to you and you wouldn't be able to get some quests or enter some buildings.

I saw a few other games where cum stays on you but in these NPCs never noticed it.
