The only game that comes to my mind is MILFs of Sunville where MC who used to live with his real father comes back home to his real mom who has remarried and she lives now with MC two sisters of which the older sister is his 100% real sister because they both have the same parents and the younger sister who is his half-sister because her father is this new mom's husband.
And at some point this new stepfather of his becomes quite aggressive towards his mom and older sister and then at that point MC saves them both from him and then comforts his mom and helps her to definitely get rid of this husband of hers.
