Identify Game with a photoshoot subplot?

There's a game I played ages ago that I cannot remember the name of. What I do recall is that this girl wanted a photoshoot, but the photographer only wanted to bang her. MC comes in and does the shoot instead. Somewhere near the studio there's also a little flower cart and he buys flowers. Is this too vague or can anyone help out? Thanks!
