Identify Game with a Reptile as a Boss???

I'm looking for a game!! In the game you were a blonde woman, you lived with a girl who had a pet, it was blue, I can't remember what it was exactly. Your boss in your job was a crocodile or something similar. Oh, and there are 2 versions of it, an older one and a newer one. In your job there were also 2 foxes who were brothers and a normal person, of course there were others too but I can't remember them. On the map there was a beach and a club and a clothes shop. Thanks for your help!

When you said "older ones" and "New ones", does it have a same Main character or different on each game?
