I had played it with MTL, it wasn't THAT bad.
But thanks for reminding me, now I know it has custom translation!

It's pretty much got enough content to enjoy it and you can get revenge on the main baddie by getting him killed.
The ZaZ mod I think it's called, adds lots of stuff to it too. The NTR path is brutal in that game.
