It is as the title says: a game in which there's a scene of a girl (presumably highschool girl) goes down into a basement of a building, then soon finds herself locked in the room when the insects start to emerge -- or something along that line.
The game should be made with RPGMaker, or something with the similar top-down JRPG setup. I am not sure if the game has combat, or was purely exploration/puzzle solving.
I think I saw the game scene while scrolling through xnxx site, but never got to find the name. My ass didn't save the link or screenshot either, so here we are.
