Identify Game with a tavern component, 16-bit style, visual novel, mostly brown

I'm looking for a game I played some years ago and I remember it had some mini games, while you worked on a tavern (?) and could romance different characters. It was all in 8/16bit and very brown, with the look.
Any help is appreciated!!
