Identify Game with brother, sister and her friends

Anyone remembers the game where you played a young guy who lives with his sister and mom the ending was like you were kicked out from home and worked as a tech guy later on your sister and two of her friends joined with you.
It was open world with day&night circle and after you were kicked out from home you could go back and peek from the fence.
