Seeking Game with choices and consequences

Hello!

First post here, so if I say anything weird let me know.
I have recently finished a run of Seeds of Chaos and wanted to try similar games. I wanted to ask for recommendations for games that match the following criteria:
1- Has choices that matter and can lead to consequences. For example, in SoC if you mess stuff up, the twins can get angry and things can happen even if you don't want.
2- Doesn't use those 3d models every single VN uses (I'm not sure why those are so popular but I don't like them).
3- Things can go wrong. Making mistakes doesn't mean "game over, reload the previous save", but instead things happen.
4- (Optional) has some gameplay, and it's not just a VN.

Basically, if anyone knows games like that, I would love to hear about them please. If anyone has any recommendations that are a bit more weird or that don't match all the points, but they think it's worth checking, I'm open to that too.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the recommendation, the 3d graphics are one of the points I mentioned though (it is not that they are bad but they are so popular that i got a bit tired of the style). I will check it anyway because it seems very huge (I assume you are one of the devs so good job!)
Ah, it's not made on DAS, so chances are you never seen it.

in maybe a different way than you meant:

The Last Sovereign (100+ hours-game, 2d art)
https://f95zone.to/threads/616/

some choices affect much (like: do not whore out Qum d'Umpe - severe consequences until end of game, and the extra money makes actually no difference)
or for example you might lose your elf mage girl for good, if you like actively try to pick bad choices.

also choices and generally style of play affect outcomes, which then again snowball-affects further outcomes.

even if played "poorly" and "bad choices" you likely still win the first war/ coup d'état, but with the kingdom in (much) poorer shape and more opposition to your rule.
Which will then keep you from being in best possible position for the next confrontation, and so on.

BUT, it is arguably more interesting to play through in less than perfect way, more of a challenge, and also somehow adds more "realism".

and, if you liked the game, you can always re-play to see if you can achieve better.

this game worth a new post:

Daibanchou
https://f95zone.to/threads/6166/

You are forced to make decisions + "free" decisions, you can only save this girl OR that girl, this group OR those twin girls.
the game has 3 stages (school, town, country) and the school choices, even more the town choices affect the "country" (main part) gameplay much.

Not only does this change who you have in your group, but some of it massively affects later pathes / gameplay. Like my 2nd time around I postponed attcking the vampire realm much, since I remembered how horribly straining the bossfight was - only to find it wasn't this time around (actually easy-peasy), not with the earlier-on choices I made in this 2nd run.

game is difficult much, but worth a play for main character alone. it's rare you get an assertive, attractive and likeable chad harem MC in Japanese games.
