Seeking Game with decent gameplay mechanics

I've been hunting around for the next adult game to get into.

Basically, I'm tired of visual novels with hours of clicking and reading. Tired of 8-bit RPG maker games. Tired of the large, Japanese, highly moddable, 'spend 2 hours making a girl in the editor and 3 minutes watching sex scenes with your creation' style games (often interjected with long bouts of time wandering some deserted landscape/island/town looking for them).
And pretty much every card/freemium game I've seen is garbage.

Some of my favorite NSFW games have some sort of actual gameplay to them aside from wandering around a map and or clicking through a story to the next choice branch. Many tend to be complex brothel managers or slave trainers or anything with stat-building/management.

Some of my favorites include:
Jack o' Nine
FreeCities
Club Bifrost
Strive 4 Power
Porn Empire
Monster Black Market
Price for Freedom
and the venerable Bonetown.

Also played and enjoyed some of the more thoroughly translated Era games.

Anyone got any suggestions? Graphics or even just text, I don't mind as long as it has some actual gameplay to it.
Male protag a must. Not into anything gay or futa.
Harem play and large variety of girls definitely a plus.
