Identify Game with female dwarf and blonde female elf

Hi,

I'm looking for a game that i played time ago. The only thing that i remember was a small city where in your house the mc owns a blonde female elf and in the city market there was a female dwarf. Also, i can remember like a magic store and a castle where u can train with a female guard. It was a 3d game.
