I'm looking for a game a played a while ago.
I remember the MC living in a big town with his step-mom or sth similar and receiving a letter that he inherited an old house from his unknown and recently deceased dad.
MC is traveling to a small town without any electricity or cell phone reception.
His father's house is guarded by a man in black and he meets a woman running a bar in that old town. Then magic is revealed and vampires that run a hotel are the last things I remember.
