Identify Game with mutations/superpowers

Trying to remember this game, basically it was about people with mutations/superpowers, and had multiple protagonist. You could rename each of the protagonist, one was a redhead girl with fire powers. Some of the characters worked at a brothel like place, and I believe some were vampires too.
