Around half a year ago I played a bit a game which featured a redhead Natasha Romanoff lookalike (might've been her). It was maybe made in Unity or Flash, can't remember. Had some animations that looked like 3D.
I remeber that the game starts in some kind of facility, then there was a mission where you were checking some patients, and another mission where you went so some garden that caused hallucinations. Beyond that I haven't played much.
