The game had sort of old timey styled dialogue. It was 2D and had male and female characters. I remember one guy was a big blonde guy, and there was a stetampunk woman and a detectiver woman. There were about 12 characters in total. In the game you assigned your characters to buildings where they would earn money, train their strength, or hire fighters. You then fought against a rival business to gain control over that area in order to pay rent (?). Not sure if it was pay rent but there was some sort of time restriction. You could design your own character, male, female, or futa, but they werent actually included in any scenes, just in dialogue with your rival
