I am trying to recall the name of a game (it was honestly more of a testing build) in which a male and female combatant fight each other. You can control either one with each having their own move sets; the woman had a knife. If the woman won, a scene would be triggered in which the woman cut off the man's penis. There was also a tree trunk in the menu that if you clicked 5 times a toggle would appear to allow the sexual content.
