Seeking Game with progressive body modyfication

I'm looking for a game where we can interact with a character and by our actions slowly altering their body (method is not important, be it magic, drugs, sex toys, managing their schedule, etc.) and possibly (but not necessarily) mind. The game has to actually show the changes (so no text based ones and that includes games with porn photos as visuals). Preferably I would like if the characters would initially be unaware of the changes.

Games where the target of our modyfications is a male are more than welcome as long as the goal is making them more feminine.

The game that I've played recently that partially scratched the itch here (but only very slightly) is The Sassy Girl and the Invisible Ghost due to allowing training of sensitivity of body parts and feeding mechanics where the girl gains or loses weight in certain body parts depending on foodd we are giving her.

I've taken a look at this and it's not really what I am looking for. From the fragment that I've played it really looks like the modyfications are mostly being scenes with some images and then a descrption when looking at the mirror. What I am looking for is a game that would actually modify character's sprite/artwork/model according to modyfications it went through. Otherwise though the game does look somewhat interesting, a bit of a shame that it's abandoned.

Also, I've played more of Magical Camp and the further I've got, the more it devolved into what I didn't want, which is a game where transformations for the most part don't matter and are not reflected visually on the character.

I'm familiar with this and it's basically a text only games with some photos, so it's defnitely NOT what I'm looking for.
Also it's a second suggestion and it also gets something incorrectly so I feel like I should clarify. When I created this thread I was looking for games where the player is the one responsible for transformations and they were happening to a different character, NOT the other way around.

Not to be rude but this is the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. I specifically want the character to go through physical changes, not mental ones (or at least them not being the main focus)

That's also definitely not what I'm looking for. Nothing about this game is "progressive", you just click an option and the modyfication happens.
