Identify Game with real videos in a town

can anyone please help me to find and old porn game with real videos, staged in a big town where you can buy apartments and cars and so on?

Reminds me of those QSP games like Mother's Best Friend. In that one, I could buy an apartment and get a couple of cars and it uses real porn videos. I'd search using the QSP tag.
