So I downloaded Big Brother.
It's in English but you can tell it was created in Russian.
Starts off saying Gamecax V0.06.6
Don't know if that helps but I'm trying to find a mod for it as it looks pretty cool. If anyone has one or knows where I can find one please let me know.
Also I've never installed a mod on an Android phone I have the Note plus so I can use a little help with that also
