Seeking Games designed for mobile phone screens

I wonder if there are some games specifically designed for mobile screens. I've tried some ports but the text apears so excruciatingly small you have to squint all the time and it's a real challenge managing to tap the text when you have to make a choice..
Are there any good ones for a normal phone screen?
