Games don't load

Hello,

I've recently come across a (for me) new kind of problem. A lot of games (practically all VNs, RPGs run normally) are failing to load for me. I do everything the way I used to, but all I get now is a short loading at the cursor and then nothing, not even loading in the task manager.

I thought the bug might be in opening apps in general and tried some fixes, but nothing helps and everything else runs normally.

Any help?

Renpy, Unity, Others (I go by prefix) dont load. Usually just RPGs...
I dont have crashes nothing like that, I click the exe, 2s load at cursor and then nothing. Nothing changed since the before when I could run those games. Must be something in the software but I dont want to edit registers so I try this.

It could be an anti-virus blocking the programs. I had an update not long ago, and Windows Defender came on and started to flag a load of Ren'py games as PUP's (potentially unwanted programs), blocking them.
