Seeking Games in which the NPCs interact with you

Hello, as the title suggests, I am looking for games where NPCs can start a conversation with you, basically, games where the NPCs feel more alive, seek to talk with you, do harm to you, or talk with other NPCs.

Examples of games with NPCs that feel alive are Artificial Academy 2, School game, and HHS.
