Seeking Games like Artificial Academy

Hello guys, i need a game like artificial academy 2, so like an open world game where you create many girls and you can actually interact with all fo them and create stories and such.

I already played all illusion games so i need something that is not from them. Possibly with the option to decide if to have a romantic relationship or to rape someone.

Gosh, me too... Artificial Academy 3 would be a dream came true, expecially if they implement something like VR!

Something I keep reading is "Sims 4 modded checks all the boxes" I'd assume wickedwhims and all associated mods (positions, bone mods, uncensor) would fit all of your requests. Of course Sims 4 lacks the same open world gameplay as its predecessor (still kind of there). Sims 3 has H mods, but is generally clunkier the more you mod the game.

Edit: Sims 4 is outrageously expensive, so one might consider alternative means of playing it. Fitgirl uploads consistent updated full content packs on 1337x. to.
