Recommending Games like Family Man?

So i was really enjoying Family Man but alas it got abandoned like so many other games i enjoy.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any other games like Family Man?

What i mean is a game with an MC that can be a faithful guy to one character with the option of being with multiple people

I had two saves in Family Man one with the MC being faithful to the mom character and another with the MC just going for anything he could get
