Seeking Games like HHS+

[Absurdity]

I've seen people ask this same question before but never with proper answers so I will try to be more detailed. What I mean by games like HHS+ is games with large sandboxes with lots of content and random art that is highly moddable. Examples of similar games I know are Brothel King and Adam and Gaia. But I'm looking for more if anyone has anything good to recommend.
