Seeking Games like Inside Awakening and Lucky Mark

I made a post like this before and got some really great suggestions. Basically games where mc moves to a new house, gets adopted to a new family, or goes to his friends house or moves in with his uncle/aunt's family and starts hitting it off with the girls in the house. Sex could be mutual or gradual corruption, doesn't matter.

Extra points if MC starts with negative appeal and slowly builds himself and actively works towards his goal of winning them over and having sex with them. For example, the girls initially don't like MC or is just neutral towards him and treats him as a good friend/brother like figure and gradually develops feeling towards him and accepts him as sexual partner. I don't mind harem.

I'd love it if there's gameplay instead of just a VN.

I love these sorts of settings and played similar games like Halfway House, Lucky Mark, Insexual Awakening to name some of them.

But the most important thing about this game is the plot, which deserves the highest praise.
