Seeking Games like Jumble Strike or Violated Princess? (live inside view of uterus and anus)

Hello,

Does anyone know games like Jumble Strike (My favorite but unfortunately a very short story) or Violated Princess? I've found many that are similar, but I'm missing the live inside view of the woman with the insects/monsters/worms etc that are in the uterus and anus. If anyone knows of games that are structured like Jumble Strike or Violated Princess and also include the inside view of women and the women can become pregnant and give birth to many deserving monsters, I would be happy to hear an answer.
