Games like Karryn's Prison in terms of mechanics?

Hey ya'll, do any of you know of any games similar to Karryn's Prison in terms of combat/sex machanics as well as corruption progression? I know I've asked this question before but I want to be a bit more specific.

Only RPGM game that gives any competition there is Cursed Armor. Just an FYI For combat sex there ain't nothing as in depth as KP. KP is the most in depth flat out. If there is something better... then it ain't in english >_>
