Games like Karryn's Prison?

Ave true to Caesar, does anybody know of any game with the similar battle system and style like Karryn's Prison? Like you can fight or bang your enemies and etc. KP is a amazing game but honestly the outlandish design of the main char and much of the CGI is sometimes a turn off.

Other hrpg are just way behind in term of ambition.

Try this : Niplheim's Hunter - Branded Azel, i played it long ago and didn't find t awesome but i think there is sex battle in it, not 100% sure.
