Milfy City is currently on hold, the latest version is 0.5c from back in November (and you can get it from the games thread).

For a similar game maybe try Man of the House.

I am actually working to release demo version as soon as possible. But, unfortunately my map is not complete yet.

Also, I alone working on all stuff from multiple story lines, level designing and character development.

But possibly before next weekend i might able to release some material online.
