Character portrait.
Breast, Butt, Height, Testicle, and Shaft size variables.
Personality querks.
Location.
House and character upgrades.
Spell and skill learnability.
Gender: Male, Female, Futanari.
Age control for MC:Teen or Adult.
Age variation and slight control of slaves: Child, Teen, Adult.
Over 20 races to choose from.

Last time I played, I was a voluptuous and VERY well endowed futanari centaur.

What you are seeking (Deep Customization and free roam to cause whatever your mind desires):
Lilith's Throne
Trials in Tainted Space
Corruption of Champions 2
There is a Strive 2 or if you started with 2, play the original. Its way better. It's the only game on here I have ever modded.

You might like them, but they are less of what you are exactly looking for but have similarities and are good (why you might not like in these aka parenthesis):

Lab Rats 2 (no protag customization and some dont like how the girls look)
Tales of Androgyny (no F protag, at best a Futa protag and many options are RECIEVING options, but very good customization and fun monster dickgirls.)
Girl Life (QSP might be offputting and so can the seldom bouts of bad translation, plus FemProtag if you want story like S4P.)
Inheritance (not much customization, but alot of options to roam and great cast of waifus)
Teaching Feeling (you focus on one girl, a loli but an adorable one and the path is pretty straight forward.)
Harem Hotel (no protag customization but a HELL OF A STORY and many waifus!)
Monster Girl Club Bifrost (little customization, but waifus and a good story.)

Lifeplay (mostly just a free reign sandbox, massive DL)
