Beat Blade Haruka (VN with Gameplay - the evil routes are delightful)
Almost everything from Alicesoft has fucked up content in them. And a lot of it.
Captive Market (VN)
Saya no Uta (VN - A masterpiece and a classic. Highly recommended)
You and Me and Her - a Love Story (VN - fucked up in a very different kind of way)

LonaRPG
Jack-O-Nine-Tails (Slave Management with a lot of fucked up options. But be warned: Very steep learning curve, and can get repetetive after a while. But i like it a lot)
Dog Fuck iDOL ~The Hypnotist Dog Makes Idols Corrupt~ (Bestiality and NTR - but feels more like a satire. Nice little palate cleanser between larger games but in generel nothing special and not really dark. )
Elven Conquest 1 and 2 (Slave Trainer but way less in-depth than Jack o Tails. Not as harsh as the other games on this list but still nice Mindbreaking content)
Psychic Guardian Super Splendor (One of the many cookie cutter RPGM Rapegames with the difference that the Art is very high quality. Better than most games in this department. If i remember correctly it is Voice Acted)
Urge to Molest if (Chikan simulator. Grope Girls on a Train and eventually rape them.)
Slave Sword 1 +2 (Another cookie cutter RPGM rape game with corruption and prostitution mechanics. One of the better ones out there.
In general Kagura Games has a lot of such games, some are quite dark and fucked up.
I can give you a lot more recommendations but i think that is enough for now. The VN's are a lot more hardcore than the other games so i think you should start there. If you had to choose only one of those games play euphoria. It is a Masterpiece.
