Seeking Games like Tower of Trample without the heavy focus on Feetplay

Hi, I'm looking for games like Tower of Trample as i really enjoy the gameplay loop and the women are also pretty hot.

But the thing I did not enjoy about the game was the heavy focus on feetplay and the occasional piss/scat.
So do you guys know any games like Tower of Trample but without (or less) focus on those kinks?
