Usually those kind of games turn out really, really bad financially. It's near impossible to make such a game wihotut making it look wierd. The visual contrasts are just too big. If you want realistic porn without the whole thing being super wierd you need the game as a whole to have realism. And even that tends to come out looking a bit strange. Tho if there were gifs it would look a whole lot better. Problem is you would need someone in front of a camera for proprietary reasons and they want money. Then you'd need a choreographer who also wants to get paid and with only those alone you'd probably bust more than the whole budget. Sorry to disappoint.
