I cannot vouch for the quality of any of the other games above; I've only played My Tuition Academia.
Alternately, swap out Female Protagonist for something else. For example, Brothel King is a whorehouse simulator that lets you recruit slave girls to whore them out. Some of them will have traits like Frigid or Virgin which make them less willing to become whores. But in that game, the context is that the manager of the brothel is training them, rather than it being circumstance like Tuition Academia; the method of training is up to the player out of several options. May or may not be your thing. Another example from that genre would be WTM Academy, a game where you corrupt schoolgirls over time using various means (Or its predecessor Examination Day).
