Apart from of its predecessor Unaware in the World, heavily scripted Insexsity and that game that I will not even mention its name because it will never be finished. Are there any similar games like UiC? Thanks in advance.

Here's what I found for You.
| Influencing | It's gameplay should be more akin to what you want. Since it's an unfinished sandbox game, there's not much of a story. It's a type of game that just gives you tools and let's you do whatever you want. On the plus side it has a ton of customizability, allowing you to tailor your experience exactly how you want it. |
| The Fixer | Just like Unaware, it's about managing female protagonist life. Character customization here is also a big plus. The graphics differs a bit, but in my opinion it's a bit better than in Unaware. Unfortunately it's far from finished, giving about 10 hours of gameplay for now. |
| Porn Empire | Should be very similar visually. It's not quite the same in terms of the gameplay though, since it's about monetizing porn, not trying to live your life. |
| My Tuition Academia | It has more in common to Insexuality rather than Unaware. A girl needs to somehow pay her bills, and she can do that either as a normal student, or just sell herself. There's a ton of possible ways to earn money, each one giving different events. It's a BNHA parody, and there's not much of a story here, just enough to tell you what the hell is going on and that's it. |
| Uni | It's very different game in terms of art style. But at it's core the gameplay essentially focuses on the same thing as Insexuality and Unaware. That is: MC is moving to a new city and she need to find a way to make a living. It's less customizable, but in return the story is more developed. |
