Seeking Games like / unlike Nanpa Beach Game

There are many management games out here with themes like
- brothel
- slave
- real virtual life
- various stuff
management.

I ran into
Nanpa Beach Game

I am not too impressed with the graphics or the gameplay, BUT I like the basic idea of managing a beach and luring people into STUFF.

Nanpa Beach game is pretty straightforward, it is about topless, bottomless, tits groping... and so on. Fair enough.

So what I am looking for OR SUGGESTING TO DEVELOP is a game about
managing a beach with
- corruption ( basically picking up the ideas of Nanpa Beach Game)
- outfit changes / sexy swimwear / nude beach / maybe combined with blackmail / sluttification
- exhibitionism / voyeurism
- dares / parties / flirting (maybe going to far)
- accidental nudity / sharking
- events like wet t-shirt contest, dancing contest whatever
- maybe beach bar drunk actions, drug dealer stoned actions
- clubbing stuff

Then in a second chapter the dev could go crazy with
- survival theme after some stuff happening at the nude beach
- aliens
- zombies
- mystery stuff like the TV series "LOST"

So you see, I don't think any of this exists yet. But maybe someone who knows how to do this picks up the idea and develops something greatand fun?
