I am looking for games that feature x-rays and impregnation, especially when it has gameplay mechanics tied to it. The "sperm penetrates egg" moment is extremely hot to me, though I don't care for things like birth/large belly scenes following them. If they also exist in the game, it's not necessarily a dealbreaker, but I'm looking for games that put emphasis on the act of/moment of fertilization, rather than what happens after
Any mods that can achieve something similar for any existing games are also welcome too!
The best example of the kind of thing that I'm looking for is this edit by Siokarubi:
I LOVE this video; the "immunity" dropping lower and lower as warning signs start popping up, as the sperm slowly begins to grind through the egg - this feels like the perfect mechanic for a game to include, some sort of struggle/fight involved in the fertilization
Some examples that I already know of games with fertilization linked to gameplay in some way - fertilization as a 'game over' is also totally fine (even hotter in some ways) if implemented right

It has "gameplay relevance" as being fertilized gives stats, but it's kind of just something that happens after sex rather than anything else happening. It's still really hot, but I would love if it was a second system similar to the main grapple system; if sex scenes didn't end on a creampie, but you were only given so many turns to escape before being fertilized

A bit of a weird one, since it doesn't feature the "moment of fertilization" in a direct sense, but the minigame during the hot spring event where you have to aim your sperm at her eggs to increase her fertilization chance is an amazing example of something I would love to find more games doing

Fertilization is tied pretty well into gameplay (trying not to get grabbed while in heat or estrus is REALLY hot) and the actual animation is very satisfying, but it is also quite sudden and serves more to lead into the "birthing companions" mechanic rather than being any sort of fail state directly

I love the way the fertilization in this game is shown on your health bar directly, and the animation is great, but the fact that it simply happens after a fade to black and not during a scene (especially one where the approaching sperm could have, for example, encouraged you to try to break out) is a big downside. The rest of the game also focuses heavily on gore which is not my thing
"Bitch Village" (Untranslated) -
This game has a great mechanic where the more you're creampied, the more sperm begin to swarm the ovum, which served as a soft "health bar" and led to a game over if you were fertilized. I think this could have been a great example of where Sinisistar could have gone when it decided to use its health bar the way it did. The game is untranslated and unfinished though, and the variety of scenes wasn't incredible
