Princess Maker games maybe? They have you raise a child, it is just a bit ecchi in places not porn. There's Princess Maker 2 Refine here and some others are on Steam (and other places). Bell Master possibly, your "reeducating" your wife.

I haven't played Chinese Parents, but I think trainer games are what your looking for so have a look at the list here.
