Like in thread name, in most of games like that slaves can get dominant trait but it doesn't really change anything so i'm looking for a game where slaves could turn against their master in a lewd way of course~
The closest thing I can think of to what you're describing would be No Heaven with particular character build.
Usually in slave management games, slaves would (logically) either just bail when such opportunity comes or beat the ever living s*** out of the slaver (You).

If you want some decent slave trainer games you should try out jack of nine tails by old huntsmen. Strive is quite a good one too.

Whoremaker might have elements of what your looking for, although mot of them are probably yet to be implemented.
