i too am looking for something similar, though my want is more geared towards a co-operative sex game that you can play with others easily, or even mods for existing games that include sexual content and actually reward you a bit for performing it. it's a bit hard to explain other than that.
but if you're looking for a game that the Mechanics are similar, breeders of nephylym is pretty alright, then there's cloud meadow which is another thats somewhat similar in gameplay.
