Roshutsu is no longer being developed, but it had a cool concept and some serious ambitions, there is an alpha 9 around on the internet a quick search can find that(as the one in this post seems to be alpha 7). it's also a unity game.
Roxanne's ENF game seems interesting, downloading it now, so no clue yet if it's any good, but the screenshots look promising, if a bit basic in visuals, and it has a first person mode which looks interesting.
future me here: it seems very based on Roshutsu, with similar, if not the same animations, but way behind on the development, it's easy to glitch your clothes out of existence, and getting caught means they will say a voice line(so far only heard to) and run towards you, but it takes several minutes to get embarrassed enough to fail, where you respawn where you started, in the same clothes(or lack thereof) as when you got embarrassed. the visuals are VERY reliant on post processing, and cannot be turned off, and it's super basic, but it has potential. update 0.1.8 adds graphics options, a mission(just called "the missions" so far) and some new stuff, but mostly changes as "those are coming soon" and this was in august, so unsure when. I have yet to get that one to see if it's better or worse.

Naked Risk 3D okay, but detection mechanic are super janky currently, but as long as it gets updated, it should be pretty good..

Exhibitionist Rookie Office Lady while searching. seems similar to Seleka, but in an office setting,
with options for sex where when you get caught, you get used for sex.
other than that, best bet is rpgmaker games.. they are rather basic, but can be okay, nothing like a proper 3d game, but some have interesting stuff going on.
