Seeking Games similar to this masterpiece

I'm looking for games that are similar to "A Town Uncovered" which mean ;

A story that you can ignore / not focus on
No RPG maker thingy (it's kind of annoying & slow & a real turn-off for me)
Good side 'quests' (or side characters that you can romance etc)
Good plots (for said characters)
Good visual art
Not many H-scene (if none even better)

and maybe some stuff I missed but uh, overall, yeah, that should be good enough tho

Hope you guys will have a lots of recommendation for me & maybe some links to the source so I can download it

It's fine with more H content as long as it doesn't ruin the whole game's plot/good story
