Seeking Games/software with realistic character creation

Hello there, as the title says, I would like a game or software which allows detailed and realistic character creation.
I enjoyed TheKlub and its mods and I was wondering if there was something along those lines, with emphasis on realism and details. I found some games, but they are online-only, and subscription based.

Have you tried the Illusion games with a more realistic artstyle? Like HoneySelect 2.

Yes, but not a big fan of Japanese art. I prefer Western stuff.

Daz Studio. Software and a few base character models are free (but there's plenty of paid content here on the forum). Complex, but not too difficult to learn, allows you to adjust the character to the finest detail and create detailed scenes. Commonly used by games, because it comes with a powerful rendering feature that can, in capable hands, achieve photo-realistic results.
