I am looking for a game that focus on building.
It doesnt matter if it is a brothel, city, etc.

I want to build something from the ground up*.
And get that feeling of earning my wealth and power.
Then use said wealth and power to get laid naturaly.

*Stories where you just build things up as part of the story dont count as you can not fail those.
Its not gameplay.
