I'm looking for games that have a similar mechanic to the minigames in Kunoichi Botan with the half-oni, except you don't lose when you go the lewd route

I haven't played it yet (it is on my list tho) so i can't help you, but there are more games of the same dev that seem similar, have you tried them?

Recent game I played that's like this is Karryn's Prison. You get a "Moveset" even throughout sexual encounters or potentially lewd encounters, from working as a secretary to direct combat fights. Even when you "lose" a direct fight, you just get dragged off to another lewd encounter and make your way from that point afterwards. Going lewd seems to be entirely viable, and your available options in encounters expand as your character gets experience.
