Aside from Hazumi and the Pregnation, what other games have pregnancy as a central mechanic?

College Daze It's maybe not a central mechanic, but only because there is a lot of other things to do. But it's something you have to really think about for some characters. You can impregnate almost all girls in this game and some have birth control or protection and you have to work around this to find a way to impregnate them. When they figure out they are pregnant some girls can consider abortion and you have to convince them to keep the baby if you want to. The impregnation status of all characters is tracked. For some characters, you can even decide if the girl know if you are the father, or if she doesn't know. There are only a few pregnant pictures so far though, more coming in future updates.
